How can i look more attractive? Shall i smile and make eye contact

I was told there is many fake horrible people out there. learn to read people 

I got a habit talking a lot and telling business 

not everyone will have good Intentions

do i talk when asked? shall i keep it short 

is it ok to greet someone or smile?

Men may think im gay but if i want to approach a pretty lady is it ok

Anyone can get hurt, they may have a weapon, might have friends and i can go jail

It is really hard to approach in public busy malls

I say hello but some say hello and some ignore
