It is perfectly fine. You can smile at men and women and say hello to anyone. Just have a smile on your face but don't hold their gaze too long as they might get the wrong idea.

It can possibly get you killed, along with a million more possibilities. Are you in America? Because if so, then it would be best not to smile at women you don't know for certain will get offended at it. People here in America are becoming more snowflakes as the decades go by. Men are being sued by feminists for being ugly while looking at them. It's a sh*t show. Sorry what were we talking about?
