Is fear normal?

I hate violence and my uncle is always unpredictable 

I get scared of violence and eye contact 

I find eye contact uncomfortable

    I use to be the same way with eye contact my man. But I noticed people don't constantly look you in the eye when talking and learned from that. So you don't have to constantly keep eye contacting when talking. You can looks away sometimes and not have to look in the eyes alll the time. Observes my man. Pay attention to when people socialize. Be a very observant person. You will learn how to make your way through this world by paying attention
