Ladies who is your first priority? Your kids or your husband?

Actually it depends on the age of the kids. If under 2-3 yrs old - first priority should be the kids. If you continue to put the kids first over your husband, you will end up with a marriage that is headed for divorce. The CORRECT order should be:

1. God

2. Spouse

3. Kids

4. Any other family members

The reason you should put your husband (or wife) over your kids is because the kids will eventually leave home - and if you have not given time to your husband to keep your marriage strong, you will end up losing him too.

Depends on the scenario. In a house fire I'd grab them first figuring he could get himself out. But in terms of who I prefer to converse with that would be the other adult who lives here.

That one is easy to answer. If you said "kids", then you don't have a husband anymore.

Husbands come and go, but your kids never stop being your kids.

Me. I can't take care of anybody if I'm a wreck. It's like flight instructions: put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. Because if the only person who can manage the oxygen masks passes out, we ALL die.

And after that, it's not a choice between kids and husband. I just look at what is needed where. If we're on a sinking ship, I know my husband can swim as well as I so I get the kids first. But in a more mundane situation, the kids benefit when my husband and I have a good relationship, so I have no problem at all sending them on sleepovers so we can be alone. 

The world is so sad, This shouldn't even be up for debate. Kids first!! What is wrong with women? Gosh, this answers!?
