Most top line printer manufactures have duplex printers that print on both sides. The printers aren't expensive but the ink can cost a lot if you do a lot of printing.

They are called duplex printers. Duplex printing is a feature of some computer printers and multi-function printers (MFPs) that allows the printing of a sheet of paper on both sides automatically. There are several companies that make them.

Some laser printers can print on both sides simultaneously, most others inkjet or laser print on one side then the other in sequence, putting the paper through twice. Very Cheap inkjets require you to print one side then manually the other. As the costs of printers has declined, even relatively cheap inkjets can now offer automatic duplex printing. If you need to look for a printer that does double sided automatically you need to look for automatic duplex printing

Printers can only print on one side of the paper at a time. Even the big printers used for newspapers have two separate processes on the web to print the two sides.
There are large laser printers, often incorporating a photocopier, that print one side of the sheet, turn the sheet over in the paper feed mechanism and then print the other side. As well as being big and expensive, these are probably too noisy for home use.
Most home printers have an option for two-sided printing, but you have to move the paper manually to print the second side.
