How do I fix a calculator (TI-84 Plus CE) that won't let me install an operating system onto it?

When the calculator screen turns on, it displays this -> (the picture attached) and when I tried to install the operating system from the TI Connect CE App on the computer, it gave me the message "unfortunately, it looks like TI-84 Plus CE has stopped talking to TI Connect CE. Reconnect and retry the transfer. If this keeps happening, contact TI for help. I have tried multiple times to reset my calculator, I've taken the battery out many times, and I've also tried installing the operating system multiple times.

Sounds something corrupted firmware and will need the right BDM to fix the problem.

That means sending the device back to TI for service.
