    Process of elimination here can lead you to the correct answer. What are things we know? Noble gasses don’t bind with anything. So, that one isn’t it. Halogen doesn’t have any business being on this kind if question. That’s not it. What’s next? So we know that atoms like to be complete but we also know they’re lazy. They want either low ionization or electronegativity. Now you have a 50/50 shot of getting it right but i’m not giving you the answer
