With the money that we already spend on medicare for some, which costs more than medicare for all would cost. Countries with healthcare for all spend only has as much per person as we do, because it's so much more expensive to provide it only for some than to provide it for all.

That won't work because there are businesses that do not provide any health care to employees right now so they will not pay the government anything under her plan. That means government will have to come up with the money to cover these workers.
