Apparently certain shampoos are designed to help with split ends. Otherwise you just trim them off.

Try putting honey on the ends

Unfortunately, you can't unsplit a split end. Go get a good trim from your hairstylist. Don't wash your hair every day, use hair oils and masks to keep it moisturized, use as little heat as possible.

cut if off and let it grow again

Once the end splits, it can't be un-split. The only way to get rid of it is to cut it off.

You either get your ends trimmed or you live with the split ends. If your hair gets split ends easily, growing your hair long may not be for you. No matter how much you may want to have long hair, no matter how much long hair may be most flattering to you, it may be impossible for you to have long hair that is anything other than a mass of split ends.

You need to go and get a trim, make sure you get one ever 6 to 8 weeks to stop them reoccurring.

Use products that are meant to help repair your hair.

If that doesn't work, you would have to trim them off.

Split ends can end up splitting up the shaft of the hair and they can break the hair, if they're not taken care of.

You need a good haircut to get rid of them as they need to be cut out.  Then try a volumizing & moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
