No.

Jesus was prophesied as being physically unattractive and striking the senses like a 'vulnerable shoot' or 'parched root' growing in the desert, physically inspiring no awe, emanating no personal majesty or profound and rare beauty based on physical attributes, (Isaiah 53:2), so that His divine glory could be seen through this by only those able to recognize it and the rest would reject Him for superficial reasons because He did not have these desirable attributes shared by most other aspiring 'charismatic leaders.'  

His mother was likely the source of these 'plain' physical attributes, rather than being a beauty queen herself. She was beautiful to GOD because of her humility.
