This is like asking to learn everything about Neurology, Hematology, Gynecology or Cardiology. These are all EXTENSIVE medical specialties with a ton of systems, prognosis, causes and physiological interactions.
And by "Muscle Murmurs" you mean Tardive Dyskinesia, right?
If I were you, I would write SPECIFIC questions regarding schizophrenia on this site. We have a lot of knowledgeable people who answer. And if there is something you cannot understand, you can always Google the medical term or go to WebMD for a longer explanation.
