Really horrible stomach cramps?
I’m a little confused since my period isn’t here yet. All day today and the last few days, I keep thinking my period is coming but it hasn’t, it’s just in my uterus area and no where else but it is a very very very painful ache and I don’t know if there’s something wrong, I’m also on the pill.

You could get these transient pre menstrual cramps for a few days before your actual period comes. Mine usually start 3 days in advance.
