    Matt Patricia was only good when he was in New England, being in Detroit exposed him for a lacking talented roster.

    Matt Patricia was the defensive coordinator of Patriots for multiple super bowl victories.  It takes time to change the losing culture in Detroit, plus The NFC North is probably the toughest division right now.
