Men's skincare routine for beginners?

I have normal/combination skin.

I just want to know what I should do and what to buy? Any advice and tips? Any product recommendations?

    Face wash (

    foamy for oily skin, creamy or gel for dry skin) 

    Toner (witch hazel for oily, rose water for dry)

    Moisturizer 

    SPF for daytime 

    PCA skin is a good beginner brand
