right now your BMI is 24.36. just under being below overweight. you shouldn't go below 128, then you'd be considered underweight.
if it's been more than a year, ask your parents to get a physical from your doctor. then can run simple blood tests and go over other info like cholesterol, blood sugar, and other factors. eating healthy is key to weight loss. weight loss is 90% eating healthy and 10% exercising. go over proper nutrients. what to eat and what to avoid. start drinking more water.
if you have a smartphone, get a calorie counter app and keep track of what you eat. get one that breaks down nutrients to further fine tune your eating. if you need to pack your own lunch when you go to school each day if they don't have good selections.
maybe join a sport at school. football, basketball, swimming, track, something with a lot of exercising will help. see if they have a gym for students to use and start using it 3 times a week then adjust accordingly to your schedule and homework.

My bmi is 17.7 (underweight) but I am a small framed Asian girl. I think for a guy who is your weight is a BMI like 24.7 which is normal. If you gain 4lbs then you are slightly overweight but fine.

You don't need to lose weight, but the basic answer is diet and exercise. Burn more calories than you take in.

That may not be a bad weight for you. Talk to your doctor and don't look for any quick fixes.

At the moment you are still in the healthy weight range.
At your age you should still be growing and developing.
Losing weight without medical supervision could stop this and permanently affect your growth and health.
You should, instead, be aiming for a healthy, balanced, diet that minimizes weight gain as you continue to grow, while exercising to tone muscle, to achieve the body proportions tou would prefer.
