What does.somebody need to prove.for their lawsuit to move forward?

    You don't prove anything to move forward.  Depositions and hearings take place in the normal course.

    Because I can tie up the courts with stupid lawsuits, how about I sue you for using "my" oxygen, the courts don't want to spend time on that nonsense
