I have found two white worms in my cinnamon powder jars? What are they?

    Probably larva of the pantry moth. 

    Check all packages of grain products look for webs or other signs of pantry moths. 

    They are difficult to get rid of. 

    Seal all grain products in plastic bags even if you see no evidence, watch for a few weeks.  If you see moths or larva toss the product.

    Protein.   Or just toss them, they didn't eat much.
