    I don't tip on to go orders. There isn't really a waiter or waitress in a to go situation.

    I do... Working food service is not a "high wage" employment situation. I generally leave a cash tip (even if I charged the pick-up content).

    No,

    You tip as a favor that your waitresse treated you well.

    However if the waitress comes out and says this balantantly to you, the reason why we don't wait on you because you don't tip. If they say that that is a sign of bribery and should be taken to the restaurant manager.

    Eat in, tip 15% or so, to go maybe a dollar for the person who brings it to, depending on the situation
