A quick google search would tell you that he is. 

Even Ozzy doesn't know the answer to that question. I suspect his organs have given up but he's too bonkers to care.

I think even Ozzy himself is shocked that he’s still alive.  He should’ve been dead fifty times over.

If he was really "dead" then it would be big in the news..not happened yet and it would show up on google like in his info that he died on ... which is not up so he isin't dead.

Lists are fake coz it says that someone is dead when they are not although after a few years some have died..don't trust it though. Fake lists!

Ozzy Osbourne is not a guitar player and never has been. His musical abilities - beyond his vocal talents, consist merely of a bit of knowledge about playing the harmonica. Whether he is alive or dead is irrelevant to whether or not his name might appear on a list of guitar players. But for the record, he is indeed alive, and will in fact be celebrating his 71st birthday in a week and a half.
