If you have a Boston Market nearby, check them out.  Also- Honey Baked Ham has hams and roasted turkeys.    There may be local restaurants open in your area as well.  These places usually have buffets rather than the traditional wait staff on duty.   You will probably need to make reservations for the restaurants.

In my area, it would be Reasor's Deli.  Any grocery store with a deli might have what you're looking for.  Just do some reconnaissance ahead of time.  Ask questions of the staff there.  You might call Cracker Barrel or Golden Corral and ask if they have a to go option for T-day.  It would save you standing in line.

I agree with grocery stores, but don't get one of their prepared meals.   You're forced to eat what they pick out.   If you want turkey and gravy, but hate green bean casserole, get some canned corn or buy premade cornbread.  If you like canned cranberry relish, get a can.  Look at their pies.  You can get a sweet potato or fruit pie if pumpkin isn't your thing.  You can also get your own appetizers, like a cheese ball and crackers.  None of this involves cooking.

If you are near Pittsburgh, Get Go convenience stores make a sub called the "Pilgrim."  they put turkey, cheese, gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing on a 14 inch Italian roll.  Cut one in half and it is easily enough for two.  Get extra napkins.
