Sure, it's possible BUT not healthy, and would eventually lead to malnutrition and various health issues that come along with nutritional deficiencies. There is no single food that provides all the nutrients the body needs. They have some carbs, some fiber, and some vitamins, but they lack many other vitamins the body needs, they lack protein, and they lack fat. Not only that, but they are VERY low in calories (18 cals in a small tomato) which means a person with daily calories needs of 2000 cals for weight maintenance, would have to consume 111 small tomatoes per day just to meet their calorie needs (even though it would not be meeting their nutritional needs).

That couldn't be healthy.

Wheat bread is not really doing anything good for you. Switch to whole-grain breads and limit your consumption to a couple of slices per week, preferably a couple of slices a month. Tomatoes are not a good source of the nutrients -- particularly protein -- that the body needs and the high level of acids can disrupt the digestive system. Remember, tomatoes are a member of the (poisonous) nightshade family and should be consumed only in moderation.

Nope. They have no protein, and humans need protein. Wheat bread has SOME protein, but not enough. So if you want your hair to fall out, go for it. Otherwise, this is not a "balanced" diet at all.
