Can you change your submitted postal vote if a subsequent political promise by another party changes your mind?

Or should postal voters just keep away from manifestos and political broadcasts?

    No, but you can delay posting until the deadline in case that happens.

    No.  Once you've posted it, you're finished and won't be issued with another paper.
