whenever i watch a youtube video it freezes until i skip one second then it plays normally.?

Try to froce stop the app if that does not work, restart the phone, that doesn't work either uninstall the app and install back. Now if none of these steps worked for you the go ahead and contact youtube so they can help you

That has happened to me. YT is full of fun little glitches like that. The other thing that sometimes happened is it will all of a sudden go into full-screen mode by itself.
