Evidence which is included in the complaint has to be backed up in a court of law you can demand that that witness appear in court and you need to bring the proof that that witness is lying not a piece of paper but real life people if you have text messages or quotes from the internet bring with you live people to testify that they saw the evidence it's live witnesses that win the case not pieces of paper or picture bring live witnesses they're not going to dismiss the case but if you can prove that there's lying going on the judge will very quickly be on your side

Can it be? Yes. Will it be? Probably not.

Check the six answers I've given the other five times you've asked this.  Briefly, if part of a lawsuit is found to be UNTRUE, the rest of the lawsuit is NOT dismissed.

"A claim by the plaintiff" and "a story from the witness" are two different things.

In the vast majority of cases an attorney prepares the legal papers, not the plaintiff.  Who knows what the plaintiff told his/her legal counsel.

Do you have some sort of disorder that causes you to repeat the same question over and over?  If so, be prepared to lose in Court.

WHY do you keep giving "best answer" to people who very obviously DON'T KNOW THE LAW?

To give you an idea, it's possible to be convicted of paying a bribe, and the recipient can be acquitted. You can get away with anything in law if you can afford the best lawyers. So lying witnesses aren't an issue.
