Here's a query about sending emails about the world, and how often your recipient WON'T receive, an, an u NOT being notified of that(!)?

You know like; you send lots and lots of emails -- to anything -- a newspaper say -- like your WORK -- and all the emails [/i]seem[/i] to hitting the spot; but sometimes u wonder 'cause you get no kind of response [and again NO email BOUNCE notices]... but like (dear comrades): How many times out of a {{{100,000}}} shots would, the recipient actually NOT receive the email despite [told above]? --Thanks To Your Wisdom,
