I have a couple. Scott Tenorman must die was EPIC because it really cemented the depth of Cartman's evil. But I also really adore the Mormon and Scientology episodes for exposing the true ridiculousness of what those cults believe.
But the John Edwards being the biggest douche in the galaxy was also fantastic. My mother was a huge John Edwards believer and I was doing a lot of research on Cold and Warm Reading at that time, so when I saw them lay it out like that and saw how well what they were doing meshed with what I was learning, it was SUPER impressive.
Oh, and I love the Tweek's Coffee episode with the Underpants Gnomes!
