Why are men weak when it comes to sex? If men weren't weak for sex, would the male gender really be on top of the world politically?

It really depends on how women are treating sex. Under leftist and feminist ideology telling women to restrain from sex is oppressing them sexually, so as a result they engaged in a sexual revolution and decided to free women of the restraints of the old so called oppressive system where men and women were told to not engage in premarital sex with the idea that it would promote marriages and families. 

Under the current system the focus is entirely on an individuals desire for sex and the notion that no one should be judged negatively for how they behave in consensual sexual acts. It does not concern itself with the family, with marriages, or for that matter even relationships. Women just freely give up sex as they please and men freely go around and treat dates and other interactions with women as nothing more than a means to get sex. 

Under this system in fact men actually come out on top because women are no longer controlling access to sex and thus women get less relationships, less marriages, and less men willing to take the role of fatherhood. It is destructive for the very reason that it does not restrain or judge people for their sexual behavior.  It is for all intents and purposes an extremist individualist system based on nothing more than selfish desires and the idea that people should be always be free to pursue them no matter the cost. 

As for men having power politically, well, that has to do with how men interact with women on the political stage. The reason feminism gained power on the political stage is because the men in charge betrayed other men due to the financial interests of those men. 

Businessmen for example had an interest in feminism because it meant more workers and thus more down force being placed on wages, while politicians had an interest in feminism because it meant more money from those businessmen. 

Pretty much. Guys would get tired of sex too eventually if a whole bunch of women were always trying to have sex with them. Eventually you would see male gold diggers and stuff like that when they realized they could use it for their advantages
