Can a guardian get Child Endangerment charges, for allowing their 16 yr old to VAPE?

My son came home and told me his friends guardian allows their 16 yr old to vape, I'm curious if this is a serious crime.

    that might be possible, maybe you should turn them in before the kid dies from vaping

    Yes, the guardian could be sent for jail for around a year or so (depends on the case).
