What are the configuration-related, pneumatic requirements for starting a Boeing 737 (Classic/NG) engine, based on the following?
During an engine start, is it necessary to turn off both aircon packs or just the same-side aircon pack, in order to obtain the necessary 30psi duct pressure required to pneumatically spin the engine starter (which in turn cranks the engine to or near maximum motoring speed for a clean, self-sustaining ignition)?
