    Coaches are essential to keeping egos in check and teaching them how to work hard and win games and championships plus teamwork.

    In my experience, they are extremely important.  Player talent is all fine and good but there is a lot more to winning than just being good players.  That is the part that the coach brings.

    Yes so you can learn from them. It even can be important in any other sports I think.
