Don't waste anymore time on him. If he sees you get upset it puts his ego on a pederstall. He is not worth anybodies time.

Make a better social life for yourself. Take up every opportunity to socialize. When you have felt better for doing things you will become more confident.

I used to really like this guy and I mean I was crazy about him. He knew it and he loved it and he lead me on, coming over and smiling and acting so sweet to me knowing he was moving away. He didn't even have the manners to tell me he was leaving the country for a few years. He knew me and my family well. Anyway he continued his flirty behaviour right up to when he left and he would come back end of term twice a year and it would kill me. Seeing him, not being able to help my feelings and I felt like my feelings were magnified and really strong even if he just looked at me. Anyway I learnt through someone else that he was after starting a relationship in college with a girl 18 years younger than me and 13 years younger than him. I was crying for weeks and I swore I would never entertain this guy again. I did actually wish really bad on him, my self esteem was on the floor and im a good person. I dont think I deserved this hopeless feeling. Anyway he had to come home unexpected due to a family emergency and he was home for about 8 months. He came over and started working out beside me like his old arrogant self, expecting me to pine over him and just wait for him to speak to me. I could feel him looking at me but I didn't look at him and I walked past him like I didn't see him. I did the same in the coffee shop and he came over while I was with a friend he didn't know and he insulted me and said I ignored him. I diffused the situation but still ignored him after that. That was more than a year ago. I have seen him a lot since and feel ill sometimes from the stress of falling out with him but I will never trust him with my feelings again and I will never befriend him again. We exchanged a few jokey words a few weeks a go as we had no choice, we passed each other in the park. Then he walked by me in the coffee shop which I think was on purpose to see if I liked him again and see if id feed his ego while he waits for the next young chick to come along. But I gave him a slight appeasing smile and he nodded with a stormy condescending face pretending to barely notice me. The prick.

First off, I'm not a hateful person BUT if a person screws me over, then I don't feel like associating myself with that person.

I don't care to even be polite.

At the same time, I don't care to do anything malicious to that person or even wish for something badly to happen to that person.

If I cared about that person or at least respected that person, then that person is just ends up dead to me really even if I see that person once in a while or on a daily or weekly basis. 

Since last month really, I've been ignoring a woman at my job that I've been workng at for nearly 2 years now.

She's one of my direct supervisors.

She made up to human resources that I harassed her, threatened her and was in love with her.

Her and I have talked privately at times and have joked and flirted with each other.

I've told her that she was really the only person in my department whom I liked.

Her and I gave each other Christmas presents last Christmas time.

I blew up at her, her sister and an employee in my department in early January of this year.

I ended up apologizing to her and that other employee but not to her younger sister (I'll explain why in a bit).

I threatened to quit the job when I blew up and she told me, "I don't want you to quit."

I didn't apologize to her younger sister because I was in love with her and she ended up really not giving a crap about me.

Her younger sister NEVER told her that I liked her.

Her younger sister ended up kissing up to my head manager by buying him lunch at times and she ended up getting a third management position at my job.

Her younger sister used to make my schedule and when I stopped liking her/stopped talking to her, she would schedule me to work 6 days instead of 5 days and not ask me to work a 6 day. 

I liked her younger sister so much that I told her how I felt in person, in words in a birthday card and asked her out on a date which she gave me an excuse on why couldn't go out with me.

She would only call or text me when she wanted me to work overtime. 

If I used to like her younger sister, why would I like her now and why be scared of me now?

Also, this female supervisor of mine has a husband and 2 young daughters. 

This female supervisor mine told my head manager that I threatened her and that she was scared of me and didn't want to go to HR to get me suspended/fired.

The head of HR took her side and I got fired the following week. 

I was unemployed for nearly a full month. 

It took a meeting with HR and my union reps to bring me back.

20 people signed a petition to bring me back and one of my other supervisors talked positively about me to my union rep. 

The thing is, nobody really believed my female supervisor. 

I tried to make peace with her 4 weeks ago by typing up an apology letter and she gave me back the letter and told me, "I accept your apology but I don't care to read it." 

I'm a guy who has been led on/rejected by women and has had toxic ex girlfriends and it's not in me though to hate people but really, I don't see a point either to be fake/polite. 

In regards to this female supervisor, she's worthless to me now and I just do my job. 

There's a former manager in another department who used to work at my job who told me once, "Alan don't let anybody get the best of you. You're  handsome. You're funny as well and you're a hardworker. Don't let anybody bring you down."

I say this to you, don't let anybody bring you down.
