When you type in the weather on Google, why is the precipitation range never from 25% to 30%?

I literally see every single number except for 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29. Its always 24. Goes from 24 to 30. Why is this. I literally have seen almost every other number

    Sometimes it is. The fact you never saw it in any given range doesn't matter.

    I use yahoo and its always divisible by 5. Never any odd numbers.

    Because that is the weather in your neighborhood.

    In my neighborhood, it is 0% for days.
