Help me decide!! Which bass should I get?

Looking for a new bass, I'm stuck on a couple and need help deciding, I play mostly 90s Alt rock and 80s rock..I'm looking at the Yamaha trbx304, the Sub Ray 4 by Sterling and the Epiphone eb0 any opinions or any experience with any of these ?

i had a gibson eb0 at one point. great bass. good for converted guitarists because its a short scale. i have no real experience with the other 2.

but i think you should shop used and just go for playability. what feels right in your hands. particularly since you seem to have narrowed it down to humbuckers. absolutely do not buy one new off the internet. as a bass player so much of your tone is going to come from your amp anyway.

Yamaha's are good. Sterling and Epiphone are import versions of Music Man and Gibson. The Fender (or Squire) Precision or Jazz Bass may be better choice.

Might have to go out and try them out.  Haven't had any experience with any of them.  So far have only played a Fender Precision Bass, and a Fender JP-90.

I think that you should save the money for the extra 3 or so months that it takes you to get to $2000, and then purchase a G&L or a used Ernie Ball Music Man
