Does Peace Corp go to Germany?

I have a TEFL certificate and would like to volunteer, but for many reasons that I would like to be in Germany

    Germany has no need of any Peace Corps volunteers.

    Unless you hold a minimum of bachelor's (preferably master's) in English, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or related degrees, in addition to TEFL certification with student teaching, you do not qualify for visa as a TEFL teacher in Germany or most countries.
