Is Hanukkah a rip off of Christmas?

    No. It has nothing to do with it.Hanukah is a celebration of the Jews defeating the Greek army and regaining the ability to follow the Torah.

    GOD had Hanukkah made thousands of years before GOD sent Jesus to us.

    Jesus was really born in September. Christmas was really made up on this poor day. It had been the fake birthday or the Roman's old fake sun-god.  Sundays were also named after their old fake god.

    No, it was instituted as a result of the Maccabean Revolt and the establishment of the Second Temple, celebrating the miracle of enough lamp oil to last eight days. This was 160 years before the birth of Christ but it wasn't celebrated until later.
