    The first one. No one would say "It's only I who...".

    However, by itself, the statement "It is I." IS correct, but seldom used, as it sounds too formal ("It's me." would be the norm).  But for your statement, "It's only me who...." is fine.

    You can't say "me is."  

    Say:  I'm the only one loving in this relationship. Or:  I'm the only loving one in this relationship.

    I think the sentence that most accurately conveys meaning is "I am the only loving one in this relationship".
