So I have direct deposit with Wells Fargo through my job at Chick-fil-A?

So I have direct deposit with Wells Fargo through my job at Chick-fil-A  And we get paid on Thursday but Wednesday after midnight my direct deposit didn’t go through today is it because of New Year’s day on Wednesday and will it post tomorrow on Friday

    Holidays can & do delay deposits by a day.

    In the event of pay day being on a holiday, payment will be a day later. This is a general practice among most employers.
