Why am I getting a "failed moving folder inbox messages to archive" error message?
I am trying to clean up my Yahoo Mail by using the "Clean your Inbox" option for my Yahoo mail Inbox, but when I try I get an error message that says "failed moving folder inbox messages to archive". A few messages are moved to the archive, but not many. I have cleaned my browser cache, and have tried bother Firefox and Chrome.

If you are using Full-featured Mail you can drag and drop your mail into that folder if it won't move. It will not work if you are using Basic Mail.
