Why is the sound on my computer difficult to hear?
I just got a different computer that someone gave me.It is an HP Pro,laptop.It came from a business that got new ones.I was told it cost $1700.00 new.It has Intell inside,and CORE17 vpro?Can the sound be made louder??I'm not a computer geek so I need detailed instructions.Thanks in advance.

Well did you turn up the volume? On the lower right corner of the screen you should see the volume icon. Click on it and turn the volume up. If it still isn't loud enough, it is possible that the speakers are damaged and don't sound as loud as they used to or that they just aren't loud to begin with. You can plug in a pair of powered speakers to the audio output to get louder sound.
