Geography project, justify location for new second MIT campus?

I was assigned a project to chose a city to build a new second mit campus in and come up with a justification for it the choices are St Paul Minnesota, Orlando Florida, or Las Vegas Nevada. I know that Orlando is near the Kennedy space center and near all the aerospace stuff on the space coast and is in a warm climate offering a different climate than the Boston campus?

St. Paul is near the Mayo Clinic and is a major center for healthcare? Unfortunately it is frigid?

Can’t think of any redeeming qualities for academics in Vegas?

The Orlando campus could offer space based programs unparalleled in the world. As space launches come down in price it could eventually offer the opportubity for a semester in space to study astronomy. Far future opportubities could include study abroad on the moon? Radio astronomy on the far side of the moon using crater sized radio telescopes? Major opportunities for engineering? Right next to Disney imagineering? Universal next door, possibly opportunities in visual effects animation,

Update 2:

The Orlando site could be located on vacant land near International Drive and Universal Blvd or maybe near downtown Orlando. Campus could have a futuristic design.  Could expand to offer an MIT maritime academy in conjunction with cruise lines out of port canaveral like the Disney cruise line, there are many people who want to be cruise directors? Maybe an MIT musical theatre program in conjunction with Disney and cruise lines? Maybe a contemporary music program that teaches how to be a pop star

Update 3:

The contemporary music program is offered by no other university? This program would eliminate the classical operatic singing part and focus on singing pop, and rock and jazz and other contemporary styles, it would teach electric guitar and rock drum and other contemporary musical styles. This might also work in Las Vegas? Vegas would be good for math and could support a very good blackjack team?

Orlando and Las Vegas both lack a competing world class private university 

Vegas is in Nevada is in the western part of the Us and is in the opposite corner of the country. This might draw fewer students away from the Boston campus
