Is he interested and shy or just not interested? ?

There’s this cute guy around my age (25+) who always take the same bus commute as me because we live around the area. We don’t share the same bus stop but when I get on my bus, he is there. 

Sometimes he commutes with his dad so it’s hard to either sit next to him. I don’t want to sound cocky but I would say I’m attractive. I sometimes catch him looking at me but then looks away when I notice. Whenever he gets off and I’m looking at him cause I want to smile, he’s avoiding. 

Yesterday, as everyone was clearing the bus, I was waiting for his dad to get off from the bus first so he did, but then I was also waiting for his son to get off but he wouldn’t move cause he was letting me go first but I was waiting for him and he was like “ oh sorry, well that was an awkward moment “ and I just laughed and ran away. 

Today, I looked good, dolled up and everything, and once again as everyone was getting off the bus, I got up and I pointed at him and said “ ok, this time, you’re getting off first” he kept looking down but had an awkward smile and said “ ok definitely will do” in a monotone voice then got off. Is he interested and shy? Or just not interested?
