I hope you're kidding. Beating up on someone is not cool or funny and picking on someone because they are short, weird or annoying isn't something you should threaten to do. You can get in serious trouble if you get caught harming another person. It's called assault and you can get arrested or sued by his parents. Just because a person is different doesn't mean you should be an a**hole to them.

How I wish it were true, but you can't solve much by hitting people. It makes you a bully pounding some little guy into a bloody puddle. You will also get detention or suspended.

A plan to attack has a criminal legal term called assault.  You can be charged and so can your parents if you're a minor.  His parents can also sue your parents in civil court.
