Insurance help!?
So awhile back I had a minor accident, sitting at a stop light and my foot came off the break (no I wasn’t texting, I’m not that stupid) and I hit the car in front of me. We called police and I got the ticket and she did make an injury claim. However later on I got a letter that said she had dropped her case. So my question is, would the injury claim on my insurance also be dropped?
