why even with java jvm multiplataform support and even xamarin for netframework, we still don't have too many multiplataform apps?
i.e. photoshop, autocad, ms office, why they don't do that compatible with both w10/mac/linux?

Because it's not magic, and even if PhotoShop and AutoCAD would be willing to accept the bloat and overhead of Java, it would still have to be tested and debugged on every single platform.
