Ladies.  (Not being a perv, Scientific experiment.)Where do you feel period cramps? What exactly do they feel like?

I just got an Electronic Pulse Stimulator.

It is supposed to massage your muscles and ease muscle pain.

I have seen some videos of guys putting the pads on their lower abdomen, where they say girls get cramps. It contracts the muscles and causes pain. Other guys in the video say it hurts like he'll and it's unbearable. That's not my experience.

I have always been curious about what it feels like to have a period.

I hooked up the pads just above my pelvic bone. That's where someone said to put the pads to simulate a period.

It has 3 settings, Massage, pulse and kneed. I used massage and kneed. Those really contracted my muscles. It was a little bit painful. But, not excruciating. I stood up, sat down and laid down. I was still able to wall and stand up. It didn't make me fall down or anything.

I turned the device all the way up to 10.

Girls, if you have a similar device, please hook it up to where you get menstrual cramps and see if it simulates your cramps realistically. Let me know how realistic and accurately this device recreates YOUR period cramps.

You just feel bloated. Imagine that somehow you are transporting

a heavy bowling ball in your abdomen. That's how a period feels.

Also, for some reason, you get loose bowels, and occassionally

sharp pains in your stomach and anus area. I know it sounds weird,

but "butt cramps" are the worst.

When I get menstrual pain, it's in my lower belly (between my belly button and my groin).

Not all pain is felt there though. It can also be felt higher up in the abdomen, down the upper thighs, and even in the lower back!

Also know that 'cramping' or 'cramps' are used purely to describe it. Menstrual pain is a dull and aching pain, which potentially can last all day long.

Sorry dude, you don't have a uterus, you cannot simulate cramping of the uterus

What you don't realize is that, most of the time, girls often say they have "cramps" for lack of a better description.  What they're feeling  isn't a muscle contraction (or cramp) that causes sharp pain or can make you want to fall to the floor. Instead, it's usually a very, very  bad, continuous ache deep within the pelvic area and lower abdomen, and it continues aching for hours.  Sometimes, the ache extends down into your upper thighs.

I usually feel them in my pelvis area right above my vagina and my lower back. The pain is kind of hard to describe but it varies from month to month and can be either mild or severe.

A TENS machine does not recreate period cramps in any way shape or form.

In the gut, in the lower back, down the legs. they can be severe to moderate. There is also gut bloating which is uncomfortable.

If a guy got these cramps, he'd rush himself to the emergency room and would likely end up in intensive care! That's how they feel. Men wouldn't be able to handle it

Definitely below my belly button, but above my pelvis.

That is a really bizarre suggestion! Period cramps vary greatly from woman to woman. A close comparison would be the cramps you get when you have diarrhea, except that there's no relief from period cramps. Some women have mild discomfort and some have severe pain.

Why in the hell would you think ANY woman would want to simulate her menstrual cramps? You've no clue what cramps feel like and no amount of electronic stimuli can replicate uterine based cramps. Therefore, no matter what little psychotic experiment you try on yourself, you will not be replicating menstrual cramps. You will however give yourself electrical burns if you continue misusing the device in the way you are. What is clearly evident from this insane rubbish is that you require mental health support.
