I just got an Electronic Pulse Stimulator.

It is supposed to massage your muscles and ease muscle pain.

I have seen some videos of guys putting the pads on their lower abdomen, where they say girls get cramps. It contracts the muscles and causes pain. Other guys in the video say it hurts like he'll and it's unbearable. That's not my experience.

I have always been curious about what it feels like to have a period.

I hooked up the pads just above my pelvic bone. That's where someone said to put the pads to simulate a period.

It has 3 settings, Massage, pulse and kneed. I used massage and kneed. Those really contracted my muscles. It was a little bit painful. But, not excruciating. I stood up, sat down and laid down. I was still able to wall and stand up. It didn't make me fall down or anything. 

I turned the device all the way up to 10.

Girls, if you have a similar device, please hook it up to where you get menstrual cramps and see if it simulates your cramps realistically. Let me know how realistic and accurately this device recreates YOUR period cramps.
