My washing machine is broken, can I use the “feet technique” to hand wash stomps my laundry (Just feet, footwear) or it depends?

It’s footwash/feetwash, not handwash.

    Yes, I wash clothes in the tub. Good detergent helps.

    A machine just makes it easier.  It isn't required.  You can hand wash all your clothes in a tub or in a stream or anywhere you like.
