I know someone that had a full tash from the age of 14 it really depends on your hormones & it's different for everyone I would say from the age of 16 you'll have growth where you can have a small tash

early 20's, when I was in the Army, so I had to do it while on leave then 'lose' my ID when I got back, so I could get it on my ID picture !!!
