What are you interested in? How do you spend your "spare" time? What would you LIKE to do for a living? Could you volunteer in your community in some sort of venue or opportunity? You could focus on your own interests and pay attention if there are any folks that are there that seem interesting. Gals who like what you like (even if they are rare) might be a good environment to meet prospective gf's.
