What do I do about this guy at school?

I am 17 years old and am enrolled to both high school and college. I met this guy at college who is super nice, but a little weird. He knows I'm only 17 and he is in his 20's. We met after class one day (At this point, I've known him for a week.)

and talked for a while. I told him it was cold outside and he offered me his jacket. I specifically said "no" and he still took his jacket off and put it around my shoulders. He also told me that he liked me and thought I was attractive. When we were leaving, we hugged for an uncomfortably long time and when he let go, he left his hand on the back of my neck and just looked at me. We started walking to the parking lot and he asked to see my hand. He then kissed my hand...Keep in mind-I am a minor. I also barely know him...What do I do?
